On April 26th the Binghamton Youth Sports Association in partnership with the City of Binghamton Parks and Recreation department held its first annual Binghamton Little League Opening Day Ceremony! Announcing all teams in both Baseball and Softball, holding an equipment exchange, vendors from around the area supporting as well as team photos and individual photos.
Most importantly a moment of silence was held for one of our own, Alize Spencer. We tragically lost her in a senseless act of violence this year, you can see in the photo below her jersey and a bouquet of flowers on second base.
